Sanlin Park, in response to modern economic development, will shift its focus towards the development of productive service industries, including R&D, design, testing, marketing, logistics, and headquarters functions. The total floor area is 86,000 square meters, primarily dedicated to business offices, complemented by cultural and childcare spaces. The design aims to create a connected and collaborative mixed-use park that fosters shared spaces and interactions.
三林园为适应现代经济发展，将转向重点发展研发、设计、检测、营销、物流、总部等生产性服务业。地上面积共计8.6万平方米，以商务办公为主，辅以文化与育托空间。设计尝试打造一个共享互联的复合式园区。
Cloud Rings 云环
Technological innovations have driven the upgrading and iteration of industrial parks. The development of internet technology has also completely transformed the traditional office model for tech companies. In recent years, the iteration cycles of industries have been shortening, and how to adapt to the current industry landscape while addressing future changes will be the key challenge for the park. We conceptualize the design with the idea of the "Cloud Ring," transforming the tower into an industrial ring that is both shared and adaptable for growth. Each ring can function as an independent space, or be divided into randomly interconnected areas, with a central shared space and diverse business types at the ends. This design caters to the evolving office space needs of tech companies throughout their entire development cycle, from startups to unicorns. 技术的革新带动了产业园区的升级迭代。互联网技术的发展也彻底改变了传统科技企业办公模式。近年产业的迭代更新也呈现周期越来越短的趋势，怎样适应目前产业现状同时应对未来变化将是园区面对的主要问题。我们以“云环”为概念，把塔楼转换为拥有共享性和生长性的产业环。每个环既可以是一个独立的空间，也可以是随机划分的互相渗透的空间，或者中间为共享空间，端头为不同类型企业。这可以满足互联网科技企业从初创到独角兽的全发展周期对于办公空间的需求。
Open Facade 简洁立面
The design of the software park centers around a "circular public space," creating an open and interactive work environment. The high-rise buildings primarily house office spaces for tech unicorns, with sleek glass façades that reflect a modern, futuristic aesthetic. The unique curved building at the center, complemented by greenery, adds vibrancy and life, fostering an efficient and comfortable atmosphere for both work and relaxation. The spacious, dynamic environment offers an ideal setting for innovation and collaboration, embodying a space where technology and creativity thrive. 该软件园设计以“环形公共空间”为核心，旨在创造一个开放、互动的工作环境。高层建筑主要为办公独角兽企业提供空间，外立面采用玻璃材质，简洁现代，体现了科技感与未来感。中间的弧形建筑与绿色植被的结合，增添了生机与活力，构建了一个高效舒适的工作与休闲空间。园区环境宽敞、充满活力，为创新与合作提供了理想的场所。
